Lucille was representing the buyer's. She went out of her way to spend the entire weekend serving us hot tea in the brisk morning and cold water when the sun came out. She wasn't there for that specifically, in fact, she was actually there for her buyer's peace of mind. The property was close to recording and there were multiple outbuildings as well as the house. She was making sure everyone stayed within the boundaries and no little ones were doing artwork on the freshly painted walls. ;) This attention to detail and caring heart is what really impressed us! She's selfless, cares deeply about the people around her and always puts her clients first.
